yaa, most of my trader friend, also using SMA200 for their analysis, MA200 useful as a support / resistance strong, usually when price breaks MA line, the price will continue in line with the trend that has penetrated the MA, whereas when prices tereject by MA200, reversal will usually occur at a specific TF or it could be a corrective wave

well with my little understanding i think the more we can learn to make use of the 200 SMA the better it goes in helping us the best best time to exit the trade and when to place order because with 200 SMA we can get the best price

It is become important as the 200MA represent level price for a year average. This is simply to understand people focusing in certain level and hoping to get any bounce if the price can not pass thru the average level for a year trading days average.
