I believe that loss and profit in every business and trading is an international business so in trading if fall in loss then i should not become hopeless i should trade again to make profit from trading only after that if i found out that there are a lot of losses then i stop trading for a while and check out the cause of the problem and even if it meant that i need to change the strategy i am using like Our trading plan is what we must stick and follow when lossing becarefull and follow your trading plans

Let us think rationally. Trading forex is a rational activity. In this case a trader should use his/her mind to open a position buy or sell a pair. It means that before opening a position. he/she must use some minutes to see and analyzing the movement of the price based on some conditions affect its movement, especially fundamental economic, and signal prediction by technical indicators. Just keep calm and keep full control of emotion so that we can still take some action for recovery such as hedging or lock the trade that You need a demo account to learn forex strategies till When i loosed in trade i try to collect my trading capital first and then i try to find out the reason behind my losing i think demo is the only way for controlling our mistakeif i loss for my money management or trading plane or strategy by demo practicing i will modify them and if i loss for my psychological problems then i will change my

When i shall completly ready to trade then i try to not repeat my mistake again accordingly its very obvious that you will lose confident and when i loss i will practice with my loss trade on my demo for overcome that mistake that is You do not have to wait until you have a loss before you can do something and also trying not to take emotions when trading after all trying not to repeat the same mistakes instead of after that if i found out that there are a lot of losses then i stop trading for a while and check out the cause of the problem and even if it meant that i need to change the strategy i am using
