If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

if i start losing money in trade i just stop trading for some time to avoid to loose all of money. i try to see and observe the market situation keep close eye on the fluctuating position of the market. i just wait for the good time. when i think the market is stable now i start to trade again in small amount ad when i start earning again i make big trades. so it needs patience

in this business many traders get the huge profit and some traders loose their money , every could judge their mistake which they place in this market , when i loose my money in this business i know which mistake is done by me and i do not become worried about it and i try my best to never repeat that mistake in which i get the loss from the market , i feel relax every time .
