If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

If i lost i think i don't have much experience about the trades and i find my mistakes then i start from new practices until i predict the market moves . When i may think i can , then i just wait for the right times to find decisions for entry and learned to use stop losses to manage the risk on trades.
