Dear it is a real business if you treat it like a business not jumping then you not loss otherwise online forex treading is a business and in every business you get profit loss. so it is not a question how to relax.
If you are gambler then you question have a logic.

sometimes when I loss in forex trade I will just cry in that very moment but after some time, I will encourage myself that loss is part of the business so I should accept it in a good faith, because there is still chances for me to make it.

You can relax when you don't think about what occur with you, this is the best way to feel relax, there is no way we will relax when we think about what occur, losing is painful but when we think about it that's even more painful, to relax we need to forget what occur.

If I loss money in forex market, what I do is to leave my chart and go out of my system like 30 minutes after relaxing for a while, I will come back to do a home work why I loss that money and I must make sure a solution is found so that it will not repute itsefe again because losses makes you to have discourage mind set. We have to try every best to reduce it
