If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

thats very a humorous post. truly whenever i perform loss on forex my thoughts are not well in the least. after that sometime i listen to song. a few time i view movie sometime i walk in the road. thTS WAY I refresh my mind

In that, I use my method.
If I lose all money then I have stopped trading then take relax.
We know that Forex is global online trading center all over the world where anyone from any country easily can make trade here and can make huge sum of profit within a quick time which is much easier form any other business all over the world.

So whenever we encounter manages to lose, we cannot management the emotion and place greater order to recover the actual manages to lose. Do not do this. Take a target and acquire this. Money loss hone ke baad koi bhi relaxed feel nahi karta hai, stop loss aur take profit use karne se ho sakta hai ki forex traders kuch relax feel karen, magar actually forex traders jab apne trades ko close kar lete hai tabhi relax hote hai.

So we must know that the risk in this business is losing our money. So when we know the risk and have much experiences losing money in this trade, we will be relaxed, despite we get loss
