If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

dear actually I always do believe profit and loss is part of all trade,so if trader face some loss,they should not loss there hope,when trader face loss,after that there duty will be finding the reason for loss,so in the next future,they can easily overcome there reason for loss again

yes dear for me, I really do consider that in trading forex losses should be controlled, The few losses that we will later end up with should be ignored. We are not supposed to allow them to start affecting them in our future trading..
