If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

actually in forex I think I have lost many times in the forex market after enough practice, I think my strategy is not right I will need to build new strategies without rest to continue to learning and avoid mistakes

bhai iss field mein agar mein paisa haar jaata hoon toh mein dekhta hu i kis wajah se mein paisa loss kar diya hai iss field mein forex trading mein risk bhauat zyada hai magar agar aap dhayan se trading kareinge toh iss field se zyada paisa kahin aur se nahi kama sakte hain bhai yeh baat yaad rahe.
