yes the trader must control all his fears and anxieties to trade freely. trader should not feel pressure or any negative feeling to get the most wanted results of our investment. so try to feel relax when you tarde and keep all your emotions under your control so that they may not interfere in your business to mis lead you.

the way i control my emotion is helping me a lot when i lose profits in forex; after putting a good plan and choosing the good time of trading, i look for lowering the risk, so that if i lose it will not be high lose. And when i lose i tell myself that it is not the end of the day.

Yes you are absolutely right a trader needs to relax his mind whenever he is trading forex, he needs to have trust in his capabilities and he should not be trading with fear and he will be making profits but if a trader is tensed up and full of fear when he is in the market and when he wants to open a trade that will cause him to be making several mistakes in the business.

I join Forex trading last 4 years ago. i know that here loss is a common think profit is the another common think.we can loss one trade that is very common in Forex trading.when i loss any trade then i do not feel fed up and i think it is a common think.so i feel always relaxed.
