If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

I think I always receive losses in forex because it's also part of trading. I never stopped my trade when I made some losses. because when I make a loss I make a different plan and learn about my mistakes which is the cause of the loss and never repeat that mistake in my next trade.
If I lose I feel very bad. After that for my relaxation, I went outside, when my mind refreshed I found the reason for losing and repairing it. I started trading with new strategies and worked hard.

I never open a trade if I lose my money. I went outside to relax or watch a movie. After refresher I returned and tried to find the reason why I lost my trade. I never opened a trade until I couldn't find the reason. and If I lose money in Forex trading I can relax because I know that this is a risky business and thus losses are very possible in this business. I think if I lose I can learn how to make a profit in Forex trading and I believe that there is no loss to profit in any business.
