If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

Profit and loses are the part of life and in business any of them is necessary. So if you lose in forex then don't be panic and keep patience. Try to recover loses in next trades and be attentive and careful to make trades. Learn from your loses because it also let to make experience in it.

if i loss money in trading i really disappoint for some time but as time passes i realise that it was an experience for me. we have both good and bad experiences in our life so i start my work again with new passion.

loss and profit is the part of business and when we get good profit from forex so we should not over confident and remember loss of forex and if we loss in forex so we should patience and prepare ourself next time trade better way and recover all losses so this way to make our self relax

In someday i am trade and profit $18, so my balance is $50, but some minutes after that my money loss. all go.

If like that, what you can do to make your relax?

Just stop trading for that day and be relax and tell yourself that today is not mine, After the days start analysing the mistakes what you have done. Why you have to loss most of the money?
If we don't analyse ourselves then we could not win in Forex Trading. Forex Trading is simple if you think it as simple. Don't analyse more and more because it could make it more complex than before. So Simple strategy, simple money management , proper stop loss position and proper Take profit positions and try to find out the trend.

of course the loss is loss and it can not be pleasant at all.but i know one thing that i get loses due to my own mistakes and i try to accept these and try to correct my self in the future.and it the basic thing we have to keep in mind.

Asslam u alaikum to all senior and junior members!!!! mere khayal mein jab mujhe loss profit ho ga to mein apnay apko yehe samjaon ga ke sab galti mere thi mein ne kahi na kahi koi galti ke hai aur next time us galti ko dor karna hai aur zayada knowledge gain karna hai.............

Well If I will loose my money money I stop to do trade for some time and I will come back again my target will be check my last mistake and I will try to make a very good entry point again in my trading loss is a part of our business so I don't panic about it because right entries always give profit most of time

i will say only one thing about this .if you lose your money only one thing will make you relax for that time.the thing is that you can learn more and more knowledge about the Forex system.but if you think that other thing will make you relax then do not think.this way is best for this thing.
