If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

I think it is very tough to stay in relax Because every is is to much unbearable to us I think when we got some or high loss then we become more upset but we should not leave the Forex we should stay in here and learn more than again start the trade.

of course we have to work harder, but we should still be able to control emotions, because we do not want to happen in greater losses, the most important thing we have to learn from previous mistakes, so that we can be better.

I think it's terribly troublesome, if have massive loss little merchant will patience, they'll frustration if no back before long to basic set up in their trade. but in losses we are able to gorged and angry.

it is important for the trader to keep his profit in his account balance as more as possible,but generally who makes good profit ill always want more and they will not close orders and then it return to big loses untill the margin of the account balance,personally i think that when you make good profit you must stop trading for a while

Profit and Loss, the most talked language in forex. We only consider roughly make and can't conceive almost expiration. So when we tackling loses, we can't restrain our emotion and put higher ordering to improve the loses. Don't do that. Demand a butt and obtain it. If expiration occur, try to use place diminution to sustenance it in low extent.

Brother i am earn 200 dollars profit and my total equity is 500 dollars . But When day when Gold in crash we are stay on buying option and all the money in my account has lost one 2 days.I am so depress. So Those day i watch some funny movies and meet our friends and tell her my trading history. After that i feeling better.
