If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

this is very good question that if i can loss all my moeny so what i can do to get relax so if i can loss all money in forex trading i cannot get confused becauase all the business of forex trading is depend on luck and if luck didnt with me so no problem....

I think when we trade in forex market than we can get profit or loss in this market and is very important for us to trade in right way if we want to get good profit in this market. if we loose our money in this market than we need to try know the reason of losses they avoid that reason.

I think we can got many profit in short time, but i think its not a good choice to got profit in short time, and with more knowledge and experience, we will be better trader each day, and but loss should be controlled, while i make loss i take rest for some days, I try to keep in relaxation.
