i can do to make relax or maybe I'll do a vacation with the family if I lost some of my money in forex trading, when my money loss. Sometimes i feel very worried. Most of time I try to be patience. After I try to recover my problem as well possible and run my business with Forex again .

i think forex is good money making business. When I lose my money in Forex I feel a bit frustrated and angry. As the results of trades affect our emotions I just try to divert my mind after I lose money in a trade, I usually surf social networking sites and talk to my friends which makes me calm and relaxed.forex is risky but profitable.

Thanks for the question , this position is come by every traders . Forex online trading gives us both profit and loss but it does not mean that when we take loss we leave the business, this is the time to realies what the wrong i have done and relax our mind for better trade .
