If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

when i have a losing trade, then i just leave a the terminal for a few minutes just to refresh my mind. because revenge trading is the most common reaction to a losing trade, to avoid that situation i make it a fact to refresh my mind whether there is a loss or profit in the trade. if we get tense about trading then close the computer for a while and do something else for some time, after you have cooled down then come back to trade.

if were me, give up it for a moment. take my bike and go to any where, when finish my fluel in the bike. after that I'm walking to my home with pushing my bike. if cannot do any more it, load the fuel, and ride the bike.

loss yeh phir profit yeh to har ek business ki part hota hain..agar mujhe loss hota hain to main yeh schocta hu ki mujhe appni mistakes ki liye hi loss hua hain phir main uss mistakes ko khojta hu or ussko solve karne ki koisis karta hu..

When ever i got loss from forex market then in that situation i stop working in forex for sometimes until i get relaxed and until not get mentally prepared for further working this is the right decision instead of we take any wrong decision and loss more.

bhai iss field mein se accha paisa kamane ke liye apako iss field ko seekhna zaroir hota hai mein toh yeh kahunga ki forex trading mein se accha paisa agar aap kamana chahte hain toh aapko iss field mein mehnat karni hoti hai time dena hota hai tabhi sab ismein se mita hi aapko.

There is nothing to do except take lesson from past and be careful in future because i accept one thing for sure before starting this business that losses plays an important part in this business and all the losses happen because of our own mistakes all we need to do is just learn from it.Never be disappoint on your losses it is always harmful for a trader in future.

If i loose my money, first of all, i feel so bad about it. But i owned myself for this. Cause i had to be more attentive and conscious about trading. After loosing my money, i start my work gain. I never break down. I will start my work again to recover myself.

forex is a business. profit and loss always closer .if any trade give me loss i try to relax some other place as like i watch movie, some times i go visit able place. most of the time i control my mind business give me some time loss it is natural.

I relax myself by giving a statement to myself that is "Loss and profit are the part of trading, avoid from mistakes to avoid from loss ". The loss and the profits are the part of trading but you can avoid from the loss by avoiding from the mistakes made while trading.
