If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

well, of course bro, absolutely I personally believe that before starting the forex trading, we need to learn the forex trading with better understanding, I think if we can trade with proper understanding of the market only then we can make good decision and can avoid huge loss.

Well certainly my dear, for me I absolutely do believe that profit and Loss is the part of any business but in Forex business every traders has been lost their investment their trading life in this platform and learn lessons from this lost, how to reduce or overcome such loss. If i loss some capital of mine then examine myself why and how the lost raised, close the trading and prepare new planning and strategy as per market conditions.

I think that if you loss in the trade then the only thing that you can do to calm yourself is that you have to first think that losses are a part of trading like falling wickets is the part of cricket by loosing a wicket doesn't mean that we have lost the entire match we can make a comeback in the trading in the future

Controlling of emotions is very important in the time of loss. we can trade in a better way after loss, if we control our emotions. i take some cool breaths and start trading again with new hope of profit.

yes, obviously my dear i absolutely think that if I loose my money then I'll take rest for sometime after that I'll try to see that what was the reason behind my loss, I'll feel down for some time but after that I'll start trading again as this is the only solution through which I can get my money back and recover the loss
