If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

I will try to relaxed by avoid any aggressive things and try to learn and know the reasons for this loss and after that try to modify my plans and strategies of trading and then will start again from the beginning

well sometimes if i loss on my forex trades, i usually hang away along with my friends and take one or even 2 bottles of beer on order to forget about the actual loss which i incured through my trades. however later on i also take be aware of the actual mistake i created and correct all of these on my subsequent trade

truly i perform loss on many time on forex. when which i do not begin this once more. i take time to unwind my thoughts. thats with regard to i take a holiday and heading someplace. when which i back again along with a recent thoughts begin once more my trade on forex.

I think loss is the common part of the any kind of business and when I doing the losses then keep my mind cool and take some rest ,goes for tour and refresh my mind again.And prepared for doing the others trade ,so it's a very simple matter for me.

me apnay apko jb tak prifit na dekho tab tak samjho relax nahi samjh sakta hun khud ko relax dekhtay howe hum kafi kuch hasil kar saktay hain or kafi kuc cheezon ko samjhdari say dekh saktay hain yeh sub kuch humaray liye behter haq me sabit ho sakta hai hume kam k baray me pata rakhna hota hai tab he new new cheezon ki samjh me ati hai.
