Boss here orex market is harmful for mind as it gives very much stress on mind. but you have to learn that trading aimlessly wont help. you have to learn when to trade and how much to trade. if you can bag in some pips on the process.

What do you mean about harmful here market is market and we just take some benefits from it and so there is danger or harmful market here. I may check the forex news even i am not in the forex market but sometimes i will leave my mind in the market which i think sometimes can be a harmful thing.....
