if you decide to be a scalper you have to know and calculate the risk, your target is $25-30 weekly so thats mean 5$-6$ daily,..you must have a capital at least $100 to doing it..with using 1 lot and 5-10 pip target daily..i hope my advice can help you my friend..

100$ capital par daily ka 5$ araam se kamaya ja sakta hai, agar scalper 10 pips ka target bhi rakhta hai, to usko lot sirf 50 cent per pip hi use karna hoga, jisse uska ye target araam se pura kiya ja sakta hai.

The intention to start this thread is simple. Share and learn Scalping strategies.

I am not much knowledgeable about scalping and want to learn it so if you guys could help me it will be appreciated ! Others too can learn from this thread.

Below are my questions with respect to Scalping trading:

1. How much minimum investment is required. My weekly target is 25-30 $ so monthly is 200 $ profit.
2. I would be trading in EUR USD pair only.
3. what should be the risk/reward ratio i.e. SL and TP ?
4. Which is the best time zone to do scalping ?
5. What TF chart should be considered ?
6. What should be the lot size ?
7. Which indicators should be used ?
8. How many pips should be considered for profit per position?

If you guys could help me with these inputs and any other information, knowledge it will help others also who want to learn scalping.

i do not like scalping........... but if someone like then he should work on small time frame........ but in scalping you have to pay spread cost on every trade so i think you should work on long term trading........

Scalping is quick trading.There, a trader will hold his position for less than a minute and try to gain a small profit out of it. Although Forex market is active 24*7 ,not all time is suitable for scalping. For Scalping you should study about the behaviors of major market sessions well.

yes ,if a trader doing scalping with our practice then he will not successful in scalping and i think a good strategy is very necessary for scalping and we should trade for small pips and your stop loss also should be very small .

I have not much idea about it, I just know only that for scalping we use m5 and m15 chart and we can use any indictor that you use only, but for scalping you need to take profit just for 5 or 6 pips, and sl should not be greater than 10 pips, mostly people donnot use sl.

i always b'lieve that the market is full of opportunities we just have to know how to adapt to the market how it comes to us. though one disadvantage of scalping is that it exposes you to losses thought the many trades you put on..

yes based on my opinion i really think Scalping is the best strategy because with Scalping we don't need the direction of the trend and also with Scalping we can always get the best time to place the order in the market
