Me normally Higher time frame like (Daily D1) chart per or H4 kay chart per trading karta hoon or daily kay time frame me current day ki situation me trend hamesha rehta hai ya bullish ya bearish. Or jab kabhi position na ho tu phir me trading nahi karta or apna target same rehny deta hoon previous day wala.
