A trade mind is controlled by emotions and I always try my best to know when I am trading good or bad and Its even in good days you need just one bad day where you show emotions after few losses and You start increasing your lot size and that is how we use to become a victim specially when exhaustion happens which works as wiper for few traders who hold small equity account and don't know how to react when such situation arrives and risk hit the market.

Trading poorly will makes us easy to fear to lose more money. It is good if we lower our trade size, but i dont think it can help us much. for me, trade using stop loss is much better, because we will not trade too poorly if we use it
