Two types of analysis are used in the Forex trading: First one is technical analysis and second one is Fundamental analysis. Both of these analyzes are very effective and useful and have their own importance. Technical analysis is also very effective but i think fundamental analysis is more effective because we get trend direction on the base of news.

If you use technical analysis without the use of analyzes fundamendal then my advice is to use stop losses because when there is a high impact news will happen very fast price hikes. With Stoploss order not margincall.
