we use to trade by indicator .because it gave us to indicate market movement and it give us to take deciding market movement .

at least, the indicator can be used a reference to a decision. can not be 100% correct, but in my opinion, an indicator of great help to me in trading. I still depend on the indicator, because it has not been able to open a position just based on price alone.

True, the indicator is just a tool to help us provide an analysis of price movements that occur .. Provide indicators of price movement history .. what happened to the previous price .. the indicators we can hopefully make a more specific analysis for the next price movement .. Most indicators remain for us to predict the price is the price action, we could see the momentum, and volume pricing

i've been a trader since 6 months, and lately i realize something very important

i was a system hunter, i mean i hunt for trading systems in many forex forums, and try to find trading system that suit me, i got a lot of trading systems with very interesting good result

so i tried it one by one, i amazed how simple the explanation were, and how easy i implement those strategies

so i tried them one at a time, i expected good result, but no, the profit were very inconsistent, so i just change into another trading systems, but not so good result happened again and again

so i spend my time thinking, how could a system give good result to other but not to me, what did i do wrong? i followed the rules... after some time, i think i now know why

of course the trading systems is not to blame, it is me, i didn't understand what those systems were

trading systems is merely a tool, those systems that consist of indicators are nothing but tool to analyze the market easier, it is the trader that needs to understand what is the meaning of each indicators, and what is the meaning of system rules, so trader should understand why the trade went the way it were, into profit or loss, it is not the mistake of those systems or indicators, because it just calculate based on charts, so the one who is responsible is absolutely the trader, who decide what to do based on those calculation

so now i didn't use any trading systems i found to trade, i just use some to help me analyze how the market goes, and trade based on my own analysis, and it really feels better than old days

i hope the my fellow traders understand what i mean, good profit to all of us

Indeed, the indicator is just a tool, but in my opinion, a very helpful indicator in forex trading. My experience proves that when I do not use the indicator as a reference so I was confused for OP and always get the loss. That's how I feel when the first trading in forex. If not using indicators, then you do not know the state of the market is going.

indicators are only the tools to record the price from the past to now, not for the future but with it then the trader can make some analysis for their trading and see the market with correctly and after all they can make decision for open position or not, besides it they can reduce some false signals and get the better one for their order then they can put them at the right track

Using a paying strategy and indicators does not insure us any profit in trading. What we penury to do is read the indicators pros and cons and use them accordingly. Ultimately it is our decisions which makes us profit or loss. So we necessary to use these tools effectively to aid us to form turn decisions and not to rely on them too some.

we really really need an indicator to analyze the market and I am sure if we can use the indicators properly then we will be able to perform analysis and analysis of the capabilities we will be able to build our trading strategy

Certainly rolling is the only person responsible for what happens in the account, and strategies, indicators and technical analysis and other are all tools,,, used by rolling to reach the goal,,, so it must trader must learn well so that it can be used as the tools to achieve the goal

yes i agree with you and it is a good job to test the indicator before use. All traders have their demo account. When ever some one get indicator 1st test it and ten apply it on real account

i think not all traders are still using demo,this maybe that they already found good things to supporting their trading skills or maybe
they wont trades without demo money anymore,and really satisfied and motivated only in real accounts and start trading with less experience
