yes you are right scalping takes too much of our valuable time and i always remains in tension by doing scalping without stop loss when my trades are not going in my way in short time..

Scalping or swing is good, we can use both for different profit target. With large profit target we can use scalping, but if we want stable income, then we can choose swing trading. So, it depend on us
