I think so, because 20% profit on a month is easily possible for professional traders. Also traders can produce 40% to 50% every month regularly, if they have long experience of trading. In Forex trading all targets are possible, but only need required things to achieve it.

Make Money by ... each month relative to your account size, not on becoming a pro trader ... to chase back the losses, but this is not really possible in live account.
