I think 40% can earn each month easily for me. I continue my study about forex 3 years and real trade experience 2 year 6 month. I have good knowledge about technical analysis. For continue earning need to good study about money management and risk management.

I think its better to learn and trade yourself only in spite depending to others.As i feel that 25% is very less and if they tells you that they lose all the investment and thus pays you nothing you can't do anythink.Me also thinking like you in one stage but now after2-3months trading experience ,me able to grab110% profit in just 15 days .So,i will suggest you to start trading yourself.

Earning 20% per month is hardly be possible.Its to much difficult for all kind of trader either he is a professional or not.A professional trader can earn 5-6% in a month.It is possible to earn 5-6%.
