I think that is minimum earning for a professional forex trader and he can earn much money in forex trading if his deposit money is large. I thing of course in Forex you earn 20% not only in a month but in a day is also possible. But newbie can not do so much.
As you told about a trader who has experience of 25 years, then i thought he can make more then 100% a month.

But, for a professional trader and especially when making trades on large timeframe, specifically on daily frame
I think he could make same rate near 20 per cent.
The normal ratio of profitability for regular trader is between 1 percent to 5 percent. with a rate of 20 percent as you said
