I think its better to learn and trade yourself only in spite depending to others.Me also thinking like you in one stage but now after 7-8 months trading experience ,me able to grab 200% profit in just 20 days .So,i will suggest you to start trading yourself.As you told about a trader who has experience of 25 years, then i thought he can make more then 100% a month. and I think for a experienced trader making 1 to 3 % a day is possible that too having a good experience of 25 years is really a great thing.
