How do you help yourself to relax while your trades are in action?

My friend, I think we all need to learn about this trading business and have to open trade with proper risk management and proper market discipline and if we can trade with the right discipline then we can relax while our trade is in action or open. and I place a stop loss in my trade, and it can help me to relax. If I get a profit, more than 50% of my take profit, then I will move my stop loss to BEP. It can really help me to relax when I wait for the price to reach my profit. You can do the same if you need to do something to make you relax

when you do not feel pressure to represent other trades, lower your expectations because it makes people lose hope or just lose them, it's good to run marekt with the right hope and believe that there are many good processes that work well for us all in the direction that work evolves in options. but I usually appreciate myself by working to understand what is happening and when I open some positions and my trading in action, then I will relax myself by learning more about forex trading and I will come to this forum and try to learn more about the market forex, share my views, and learn from others ..... and also i will not have so much pressure, because i always apply stop loss to some degree ... so i always know that what i can loose if market is contradictory with my open position .... but I always hope for the best ....

Dear mere khayal se ager koi newbie he toh us ko kafi mushkil hoga khud ko relax krna or mein samjhta hu k ye chez waqt aut experience k sath khud ati he orr hume forex mein hume relax rehne ki zarurat he ...hume khud per bharosa hona chahiye ager ap apni analysis per position open krte he toh ap ko tension kyon ??? Yes sir trading k doran cool mind hona boht jarori hai q k upset mind k sath hm thek trhan se trading nai kar paty hain or mistakes karty rahty hain jo hmen big loss ki tarf le jati hain. Do not look at bars that show an increase in profit or loss in the form of numbers. It's better to switch from this bar to just look at the charts to close trades in a timely manner. Stop trading and go to the park or watch TV to relax when you feel a headache and frustration at the loss. After placing the trading post, I do not sit in front of the chart! I turned off the computer and went out for other activities like playing sports or doing homework. This will help me feel comfortable. I think this can help me be more patient and avoid the bad feelings in the future. What about other people what do you do to feel relaxed when trading? and I will relax while my trade is in action if I can leave my chart. If I am always in front of my graph, then I can not relax, because I will always see the price up and down. It makes me better to leave my chart after I open a position. I know that I can relax, because I always use take profit and stop losses well

If we know that our trade is perfect, we watec every thing before making trade we should do relax if our trade in action, forex market is business there we have a lot of tension and fear, but if we have enough knowledge about forex trading then we need not be afraid, we have to practice enough in the demo. and relax while trading. In fact I strongly believe that when you have to relax between trades then you should have to understand that you have to do fundamental and technical analysis before you place the trade so you will be sure about your trade and you can easily relax.
