How do you help yourself to relax while your trades are in action?

I prefer to keep the smaller profit target unless there is a very valid reasons and the verious analysis points to that. Lessor target lesser risk result in no tension trade. Once we know the maximum loss which can result on the trade , the mind is tuned to it. Chasing the trade only increases tension

How do you help yourself to relax while your trades are in action?
I asked some of my fellow traders this question and they gave me various answers which I didn't feel good with. So I thought of puting this quesion here. I would like to hear your suggestion. Thanks in advance

To be successful in forex you have to be very careful and very experienced , if you are good at analysis and have good trading skills then you can easily get the trick of earning money from the forex

There are many activities to relaxe.i play football,cricket any many games or work my homework or go out from home other activities.

believe in yourself and believe what our analysis, the key to peace of mind in forex. If I, for comfort I take a cup of coffee and a cigarette while trading. it's cool and don't forget to smile always especially to all people around you.

not to have a sense of tension when implementing trading, because with it we can relax bleak trading without bebean excess, drinking and eating enough make you as comfortable as possible trading
most importantly our analysis, because of its relationship with the thought of it can make a good condition

Trade-in action, if not to help yourself relax, stop, except for the loss of use of the trade and is not. Then, relax you, and bad trade, the loss is not significant.

I think Forex is a good job.If you open your positions based on your own analysis, then why should we worry. it's just like we're doubting our own judgement if we don't trust our decision.Thanks every one..........

I think you can follow any plan or strategy from expert in such condition if you have practiced then in properly, any mistakes or false strategy can be easily short out in demo though it doesn't matter who effers the plan out but it is matters that how much any strategy is reliable and successful.
