How do you help yourself to relax while your trades are in action?

After trading in forex i spent time on this forum and take tea or coffee in this way i get knowledge, experience ad bonus and also i relaxed and feel and fresh for next coming trades.

but sometimes also see movies in my PC
a lot of things we can do in order to trade continue to relax
sometimes we can also use food or beverages as a means to relieve stress and be more relaxed at work

The simple and best suggestion is that as you open trades on basis of your own analysis then you must close your account for sometime and being confident on your analysis you need not to worry about the outcome as profit and loss are parts of Forex business . I believed that trading isn't hard but what it takes is to trade smart. We knew that majority of traders will lose all their capital in the first year and many more will be forced to give up just because their failed to understand a smart trading. Their failures were related or closely linked to the following issuess
1- Not sticking to a strategy and tend to jump from one strategy to another in the quest for the elusive holy grail.
2- Wrong strategies that got low probability, less time tested and not being proven to work in all market conditions.
3- Risking too much money for one trade can lead to financial disaster.
4- Minimum time and effort spent to understand the strategy, ask questions and paper trade before putting their hard earned money at risks.

Don't look at the bar that shows increasing profit or loss in the form of figures. It is better to switch of this bar just look at the graph to close trade at right time. Stop trading and go to park or watch TV to relax yourself when you are feeling headache and frustrated due to loss. Because it will not go in your favor.

I think that the best thing to do when you have active trades is to close your computer and don't look at the chart at all because if you stay watching the prices you will ruin everything and you will close a lot of positions with a loss.
