How do you help yourself to relax while your trades are in action?

Forex trading min jab hum koei bhi trade open karte hin to humin ye pata nahi hota he k humari trade positive jaei gi ya negative es sorat min agar humari trade minus min chali jaei to hum us ko eise hi na deikhte rahin balke us k opposite min aik aur trade laga dein es taraha se hum apne loss ko cover kar sakte hin aik side se humin profit hi mile ga.

My friend I think we all need to learn this trading business and have to open trade with the proper risk management and proper discipline of the market and if we can trade with the proper discipline then we can be relax while our trades are in action or open.

Am a blogger, so when am out of the market I just blog simple nothing else, plus I love reading so every free time is an opportunity to do what I love to do best. Plus forex trading can be pretty much addictive if one is not very careful you might end up finding out that you can do without it.

when i open some positions and my trades are in action, then i will relax myself by learning more and more about forex trading and i will come to this forum and try to learn more and more about forex market, share my views, and learn from others.....and also i will be not in so much pressure, because i always apply stop loss at a certain level...so i always know that what i can loose if market goes against my open positions....but i always hope for the best .......

when you lsos do not feel the pressure to represent another trade, lower your expectation because its that that makes one to lose either hope or jsut lose it its alwys good to run the marekt with the right expectation and be sure that there is a lot of good process that work well for all of us to the direction that work develops in choices. but I usually merit myself with working to understand what happened

of course my dear in fact I believe that if we are trading using the plan and rule, then I'm sure whatever you do should be safe and also do not think bad, because it is so then you can trade by smooth way.

yes dear, personally to me I do consider that trading with action is very difficult, you must are good and experience trader. and you are confident people. and it take you alot of time. and you never care about news, it is so risks.

My friend I usually use the stop loss at my every trade and for that reason you can say that most of the time I keep myself relax in forex trading but if we do not use the stop loss then we could not keep ourselves relax.

I also use a stop loss to make you relax when trading, because of the use of stop loss means I have limited the losses that may occur. in psychology would make me calmer course. other than that I use good money management, so I use a lot right, not too big.
