Yes sir you are very correct because most of the time market reverse after hitting stop loss but when we trade with larger lot size we are bound to place tight stop loss, which is a killer for the account but if we trade with smaller lot size we can very well trade without stop loss as we are sure for the returning of the market after some time so it is a good strategy to trade on.

To be honest I don't think it is profitable strategy. Also a lot of money management available. There is a huge risk of losing account. Without profitable trading system you will experience. And time could be managed.

For me I consider you should use foreclose receded as a because when markets is really acted as an other itinerary then you dont score bigest as a receded. But if you features as neat strategy and yours assured and you eff big capital then you can kind profit without set preclude retrs !

The Stop loss if very important, no matter how low ours as a risky that might be, but I agree that if we use very low risk or lot size to trade, we would be minimizing our risk and increasing our chance of making proift consistently in the forex trading business !

I will also like to agree with you but not many trader have the patience to wait for the outcome of low risk especially when account is small. What many do is to take a bigger risk and then put in a stop loss to take care of when the trade might go bad.

I wanna to add to this thread that the talking about the best of the strategy, the best trategt i have ever used it`s a combination of both moving averages and Fibonacci trading analysis, this is both the reversal and trendlines indicator, they are still the best !
