Hi guys,
I want to know if you use MA as means of predicting a trend turn? For example I use 2 exponential MA curves, one on a period of 12 (short moving average) and another on 26 (long moving average). So basically whenever the short moving average curve crosses the long moving average one, I know the trend is likely to change. This has worked good for me for the last 2 weeks on short period graphs (5 and 15min). But the problem is once the cross happens the price is allready high, so the profits are not so big (10-30 pips max).

Am I doing something wrong? Is anybody else using this and what are your thoughts on it?

the flow from use moving average is mush be pick up the right combination a we know if we pick up the short period then singals could be may prove wrong butt if the period is so long is sure to enter late the position so every trader must have their own acceptence aw well

We have to choose the right combination period, because as we know if we choose a period that is too short of the signal can be wrong but if the time is too long we will surely be late into the position. EMA levels in each table! good but you want more seeds than you can change the line range between EMA like 10 and 30! then there will be a period of time that you choose, Moving averages help you understand what the value of trading without going out that fast, best of all is the source we have seen the working principles we see in the same trade we are working on, we must run the graph with Moving average trading. which is usually very helpful in forex transactions, best luck
