Is stoploss is mandatory in every trade??

In Forex i believe on the stop loss and when i use this then i save from the big loss so it is the best thing in this business so first you pratice for this then use this. if we take a sell order and set a tp with 30pips .. and market is change so what we do to wait for the market again change its side. or just fixed a level to exit.

Forex market moves randomly and some times it takes high jumps during weekend. So if you want to avoid heavy losses then must use stop loss in every trade. Stop loss help us to carry trade for long time because after setting it we can go anywhere. We don't have need to sit in the front of market through whole day.
