Certainly that we get loss and some times we getted a lot of the profites in the trading . In case of getting loss we should not be disturbed. we should do work according to our prepared plan. And we should try to become a successfuly as a traders. we should learn from our mistakes which are the cause of getting loss in our trades !!

if we learn to keep a trading log with all our trading activity then we will be able to improve more fast that when we trade without keeping our records,because logs and records gift afford us to extract our preceding mistakes in order to avoid doing them again and again in the later.
