Importance of stop loss placement in forex trading.

Stoploss has 2 objectives.

1. To protect our capital from uncertain price movements in the market
2. To close our positions when we are wrong in our direction.

The stoploss is always a protection and it should be used efficiently. We should not stop our S/L too close and neither too far. It should be behind or above a good support or resistance area respectively.

Well my dear from my opinion Now i use stop-loss and target profit both on my trading. And doing well in the markets, Stop-loss basically minimizes the market trend the amount of risks or losses in forex trading as per placement as you can easily do it as none .
