dear brother this question a little bit sounds funny cause in my opinion it is not possible but if we just assume for a moment that if this happened then i think that people will get motivated and every one will dying to join forex trading to copy that person and government will spend more on experts in order to gain big returns

I think the people and the government will not do anything. because a trader will rarely publish itself if very successful in forex. they will be shut down, because it will be a boomerang for their success if they open themselves.

My conception says that a skilled forex trader can hardly make lose in his tarde market.as he knows the up and down of the market and the rate of all currency he will use his stategy to run his trade properly.then you can do without it croyer towards a negative direction to lose your money.
