well bro, for me I personally believe that if there is an extremely skilled, talented and diciplined forex trader one day,I think he will profit constantly in forex.With the time goes by,he may be the richest man in the world.But I think the govenment will not let this happen.

This question is very confusing and no one can answer this question properly as forex market is very big and no trader,person or institution can make control over it and make profits all the time.every professional trader has to suffer loses at one time or other...

dear bro, personally I do believe when someone that have the knowledge and understanding trade the forex market that mean the trader will make good amount of money in the forex market trading business.the forex market trading business is for those that have knowledge and people that are ready to learn.

for is such business where even skilled trader cant do this.but if anybody did this still it is not possible because it has daily trade in trillions.and their are other big guns also sitting in the market which are acting as equalizer creating balance in the market.

of course, personally I think it is true that not all Traders can do, by that most brokers know the accounts of each traders, then you can do without it croyer towards a negative direction to lose your money.

My conception says that a skilled forex trader can hardly make lose in his tarde market.as he knows the up and down of the market and the rate of all currency he will use his stategy to run his trade properly.As forex market is run by itself so why do people or government need to think of it.
