Winning traders use a scientific approach. They are not emotional and excessively pessimistic when subjected to the worst conditions. Instead of the protracted slump, they identify problems, find solutions (methods) with the expertise and experience they have and then test these methods in their trading execution and see the results. All done in a systematic and objective approach. A method may produce profits in certain market conditions, but at other times, the method is no longer reliable in other market conditions. For that needed revision. It is important to realize what is wrong, what is right and then make the necessary changes.

There are always lessons from each incident. You are only required to find it. As long as there is money in your account, you still have a chance to gain profit.
