i think you will find the most effective forex strategies from various types of forex related web site,forex forum, most of the time you have to trade & analysis market condition.

to judge a strategy and say whether it is good or can't be used, we have to use it for enough time
at least from 2 to 3 months on demo before saying anything about it
also we must open all positions with the same lot and use all rules of money management with it
and i believe that any strategy can be very good only if we use it in the right way
