Is all trends are true trends?

No all trends are not true trends and there are also fake trends but through our knowledge and experience and also using some indicators , we can identify which is fake trend and which is true trend but to do that we have to work a lot .

All trend is true trend, but there are minor trend and major trend. To reduce our risk of trading, we can follow the major trend only, never trade with minor trend, because the minor trend will often changes, and we will hard to predict it will changes. So trading with major trend will be more profitable for us.
