Best time for trade? it mostly depends on the individual himself. The way he trades, either scalping or day trading or swing trading. Swing traders requires less time in front of charts as compare to others. So, no one can specify a fixed time for trading as its a 24 hour open market. the best time of Forex market is day trading is very fine i think and i am a day trader and many of trades in night ,however in Forex market day trader always gain.so i think day trader is very helpful for traders.

The best time to do trading is when there is good volatility is there in the currency pair as from this we can make quickly the profits and exit the trade. Otherwise we need to keep waiting for the price to hit our tp or sl got it ?
