What the best timing to trade ?

Many times this happens that you sit in front of your chart and there is hardly 10-20 **** movement . And suddenly you get 100+ **** fluctuation. So why not just grab the trades at those timings . Mostly it happens when different market opens .
So lets discuss those timing when market is most volatile (acc. GMT+5:30)

My friend I trade at the evening (5.30 pm to 10 pm) and I think we can get USA session, London-session both are active in the market and we can get huge volatility in the market and we can take chance to make money.

personally in forex trading I consider the best timing to make trade is when market usa open and euro open, the market high in volatile, so we can follow the trend and get profit from there. we can see the clear trend when these two market open. because many big player will ebter the market when the market session opened.

well in fact I do believe that every time we can trade, as markets open to trade 24 hours a day and i think all session is really good for trading, we can trade with asia, europe, new york session. we can use different trading strategy in each trading session
