For myself took nearly one month to learn to trade using demo version. This I do so that I can learn more things about having enough capital to trade and the skill and knowledge. But if you are able to learn quickly and diligently I guess only a short time you are able to master it.

IT is better to use a 1 week or hardly 4 days in demo trading.
to understand the machine and for the trading strategies and some useful tools and charts.
for getting it completely 4 days are maximum. i spend only 3 days and i got all the things form insta trader...thaNks

i think before real account you must spend minimum five or six mont on demo account.demo account is very important for the biggner when he want to trade in forex market.demo account is provide full feature of real account for trading.
