First we need to get more and more knowledge about forex and than start practicing and trading demo account and use the knowledge so trade in demo account at least three month and than start real/live account trading.

I think that you have to practice minimum for 3 or 6 months to get more and more experience by working in the demo account. Demo practice is very very important for the trader to get experience and trade well.

I think that It depends on one's grasping power and commitment may be even after spending month on demo account one is not expert enough to trade on real account and may be just few days practice may make one good trader.You should keep on demo trading until you successively start making consistent profits on demo account when ever you want. It means when your strategy starts giving you more than 75% winning trades then you should go on your real account.

I just spend a week only on demo account, but it makes me blown my account several times. Then i suggest beginner to trade in demo account as long as they need to train their trading skill

you should read frist several forex a books and study on some strategies. for example choose one strategy and always follow it for at least one month on demo account.and forget success in forex 90% is controlling of emotions.like not to be greedy and not to over trade,not to get angry when loose a trade,and being patient these are all emotional study.but you will not master your study until you will not trade with real money.
