How much time we should spend in demo before going to live trading?

it depends on your abilities guys, if you are a talented you can quickly learn the forex trading rules and enter to trade as soon as possible like 1 month, but I do recommend you to practice at least for 6 months and test your strategies then enter the market.

I think you should demo trade for at least 2-3 months and than switch to a small live account you can easily afford to loose and practise on that and when you are consistently profitable on that than only switch to a big account

it is a very nice question.my advice is before demo trading to read several forex a books and study on some strategies.and for example choose one strategy and always follow it for at least one month on demo account,and please write down the wins and looses and analyze it if it is a working strategy.until you will find a very nice strategy,so it may takes months don't forget it is better then loosing too much money just for practicing your trading skills.then when you will ready and your strategy works very well for a few months then it is time to study on emotional discipline.dont forget success in forex 90% is controlling of emotions.like not to be greedy and not to over trade,not to get angry when loose a trade,not to try to take revenge from markets,and being patient these are all emotional study.but you will not master your study until you will not trade with real money.yes we have to keep on learn new things and improve our self our skills to master ourself in forex world.good luck

firstly before you trading in demo you should learn basic knowledge about forex . if you learn it you can handle demo trading easily and also you gain your confident . however i think before real trading a newbie should practice in demo at least 4weeks .

Demo is best to earn experience and improve our skills.I think we should practice minimum 3 months in demo before real trade.Forex is risky,so we should prepare ourselves first by trading in demo.

always use demo in order to know the mistakes your doing. It will give you idea on the market and give you enough knowledge that you will used in this business

Depends on traders,how much they learned from those demo accounts - i think 6 months is enough but yes if traders are not getting confidence,they can increase the time by evaluating themselves and their knowledge.Everyone is not the same and needs separate time to learn the trading techniques.

Bro yes it depends o trader but still demo is just useful for the person willing to find a good and working strategy and his style.Demo dont give us emotions so it dont give us real experience.

I think if any one want to learn and want to practice demo account to come forex then she/he should need at least 5 months practice in demo account . then come to real account .

i think demon account is better to understating trading system.And u have to give time to learn. without learning u can not go in a real account other wise u be face a lot of losses. Better u learn and apply to tast all new strategies. take demo account atlas 6montyhs.

may bhi kabhi kabhi aesa hi kerta hoon, khaas ker jab koi news market ko bohot volatile ker day to phir may demo per trade kerta hoon or ye check kerta hoon kay volatile market may trading kaisay ho sakti hay.

You should keep on demo trading until you successively start making consistent profits on demo account when ever you want. It means when your strategy starts giving you more than 75% winning trades then you should go on your real account.
