How much time we should spend in demo before going to live trading?

I think it all depends. The normal time that is widely spoken of is three months. But for me, if you are not making any significant profit within that three months it is advisable that you don't go live. So try and maximise your demo account, then you can say that you are good to in live.

yes i agree with you bro but i think that in demo account you learn many thing because here you make the mistakes and then you learn and play better trades in the live account and the demo account is very helpful for your live trading

demo trading can very well important for beginners because they can get a variety of knowledge they need, and they will realize the importance of using the money managament in a demo account if they do not want to hit mc in their trading accounts

my guidance is before trial dealing to study several currency dealing a guides and research on some techniques.and for example select one technique and always adhere to it for at least one 30 days on trial consideration,and please create down the victories and looses and evaluate it if it is a operating technique.until you will discover a very awesome technique,so it may requires several weeks don't ignore it is better then losing too much cash just for exercising your dealing abilities.then when you will prepared and your technique performs very well for a few several weeks then it's about a chance to research on psychological self-discipline.dont ignore achievements in currency dealing 90% is managing of feelings.like not to be selfish and not to over business,not to get upset when reduce a business,not to try to take vengeance from marketplaces,and being individual these are all psychological research.

Trading on demo account very essential for trading in the forex market, before we trade on real account we should open a demo account and trade on it as much as possible. In this process we will get more experience and skills.

Depends on traders,how much they learned from those demo accounts - i think 6 months is enough but yes if traders are not getting confidence,they can increase the time by evaluating themselves and their knowledge.Everyone is not the same and needs separate time to learn the trading techniques. ,,,,

there is no specific of time for get practice at demo account
this is a good place to learn and get practice and after the newbies feel ready to go to real account so why not?
they can open real account and then make implement their strategies that they had practiced at demo account
i just took and got practice for 5 hours 4 years ago and then i opened micro account to continue my practicing to got the psychological trading, it was the better experience for me

how much time? it really depend on the trader. if he already see positive result in 3 months then it can be said
that he is ready to trade by using a real account. of course, there is no way to tell whether he will be profitable or not.
