How much time we should spend in demo before going to live trading?

There is no accurate timeline. Depending on you, if you have a speed in learning then I think it takes a month to get the basics.
There is no end of learning all the experts are also a learner. I usually think it's good to spend two or three months on a demo account before starting a real trade.

there is no fix time to spend in demo account,we have to do lot of practice in every session of market so that we get to know about market trends,we have to make good trading strategy in demo account so that we can help our self..

i think forex trading main demo account per tab tak trading karni chay jab tak humain forex market ki knowledge na ho jay yah phr hum forex trading ko learn na kar lay our maray khyal say to forex trading main demo account per kam say kam 4 say 5 month work karna chay then apko live acccount per trade karna chay

Every person has his speed to learn. But generally you may need a few months. But you should start trading with a real account after just a few profits. Yr ye to khud ki learning process p depend krta h.bht se log sirf 2 weeks me hi kafi kuch seekh jate h aur kuch log 1mnth chalane k bad b nhi seekh pate h.wese to market ko acche se analyze krne k liye minimum 1 month to demo use krna chahiye
