TIPS ORDER WITH 2 WAY (HEDGING)

Tips on doing this by direct order "Buy and Sell"
simultaneously on one pair with the same great. for example, for
GBP / USD at: bid: 1.9420 and offer: 1.9425

> Create order "Buy" at the point of offer 1.9425

> Create order "Sell" at the point of 1.9420 Bid

Then both active and your order total minus the opposite direction with
-10 (-5 Because Spread GU), you just wait for the market to move
so one order will profit and a minus, wherever price
move the differences will remain, namely -10. You can wait
to price movements saturated and no sign of turning direction.
For example, if prices continue to rise and it looks saturated (There would sign
down) then you can close order "Buy" already Profit and wait
order "Sell" you get reduced minus less than the profit
you can, can only be in the Close. Calculation is if you
could profit +100 points and your Loss / Loss -80 points, then you still
could profit 100-80 = 20 points.

How to control your emotion in trading?
It is very difficult to control your emotion if you always look at chart minutes by minutes
just simple suggestion, try to find your best trading system
open position buy / sell according to signal
set your TP
for example, you open BUY, set your TP and also set pending order Sell Stop 20 pips (the same volume as buy)below your BUY position
close your chart and enjoy your day
There will be 2 conditions happens
1. Your open position will catch your TP
2. Your pending order will be triggered and now you have 1 buy and 1 sell with the same volume / lot (hedging)
it is good to protect your money from loss
close profit the sell position after appears new BUY signal from your system and open new BUY position with the larger volume
after it raise up 10-15 pips, close all position.
you gain profit from this simple strategy.
but don't forget your money management.

Really helpful post but I do think that TP and SL will always be useful for a trader because TPs and SLs won't be applicable to every method a trader tries. The only way to really control your emotions is to divert them in to something useful and productive. That's why trader's psychology is really important. Check out the profiforex website. They have a mini-book on the subject which I found really useful.
